How do I preview a song before I decide to purchase?
All of the selections in the Solero library
will have an image preview page so you can see what the
score looks like before you decide to purchase. There is
also a midi file clip of all selections to allow you to hear
what the first part of the score sounds like. You can also
print the image file directly to your printer but there will
be a watermark covering part of the score.

Once I pay for a song, how can I print and hear the music?
Once you pay for a selection you then have
the permission to download this file into your Solero
software. The first time you purchase a Solero score, you
will be assigned a 'User Name' and a 'Password'. This will
be your Sheet Music Digital Solero account. This will be
your User Name and Password for any and all future purchases
of Solero selections. The way to download your music is to
open the Solero software on your computer and log in to your
Solero account. Any files that have been purchased will then
be downloaded onto your computer. You can print the
authorized number of times, watch and hear all pages of the
score play live, and even work with your sheet music off
line!

However, you can install Solero and log in from 2 different
computers and download your purchased scores to those 2
computers. This may be a school that needs the score on 2 or
3 different computers or a teacher that has a school
computer, a home computer and a laptop. The purchased music
can be downloaded to all 3 computers - but the printing must
be done from the computer that has downloaded the score(s)
first. [back

This means you are running a firewall security program or
are behind a firewall. You need to change the settings on
your end to allow your machine to connect to our secure
server. If you are running a Norton firewall, please do the
following:
-
Open the firewall program
-
Click the Config button
-
Click the Programs tab
-
Scroll down and find the Solero Viewer
in your list
-
Change the setting from 'Block All' to
'Permit All' \
-
Try again
We have noticed that temporarily turning off
Norton Security does not solve the connection problem, so
you do need to change the settings.
