This is where Jane manually sets up Tom as a Teacher Administrator for your school.
She makes sure that all the fields are filled in below. (she uses the school address for Tom)

Notice that the 'registration key' is automatically filled into the proper field.

Once she has added Tom as a new Teacher Administrator, he will be able to go to the log-in page and enter his e-mail and the password that Jane made up for him.

He will then be logged in as a lifetime Emerald member and Teacher Administrator for Jane.
