Examples of Our Work
Here is a
PDF book we
created for Mary Misiak - a music teacher. She wanted this in a
big note format.
Notice that we added images to the score to make the music fun
and colorful for the students.
Here is another
PDF book we
did for Mary in big note.
Notice that this time it is in landscape format.
Many musicians or teachers find that they just
don't have the time to notate arrangements and compositions
themselves. Others may not have the tools necessary to produce a
score or songbook of a quality suitable for publication. Still other
musicians may have their score scribbled on manuscript paper and are
not sure how to put this into a digital format. If you can relate to
any of these scenarios, then we can help you!
Sheet Music Digital has many years of
experience in notating and engraving music in lead sheet, piano,
PVG, ensemble and vocal scores including most of the sheet music in
our own public domain library.
We have also created may scores for other teachers, schools and we
have also worked
with publishers like Warner Bros.
We can do all the work of converting your
hand-written manuscript or digital file into high-resolution
print music for you and will work with you until you are completely
satisfied with the finished product.
What You Will Receive
When we have finished engraving your music,
you will receive a high resolution PDF (ready for commercial or
personal printing) of the work via email. You can view the free PDF
samples to the left.
We can also provide you with a midi file, a Sibelius or XML file as
well!
What It Costs
To make it easy to calculate what the
engraving costs, we charge a very simple
'by the measure' flat rate of 0.25 cents per measure.
Below is an example and explanation.
Simply add up the number of measures in your scores and multiply by
0.25.
In the example below we have 32 measures so the cost to have this
score engraved would be:
32 x 0.25 = $8.00
How to Order
All you have to do is send us
a copy of your music, either by
email or
mail. It
can be a PDF file, a scan, handwritten or even a file you
created on with your own notation program.
We will then email you back
with the cost and will call you if there is anything special
that needs to be done with the music.
Once you have agreed for us
to do the project then we require a 50% deposit on total
project.
Payments are normally made by Pay Pal but we can also accept
Visa or MasterCard.
We also accept checks, but
there will be a delay in starting the project until we have
received and cleared the check.
We begin work on your music
when the deposit has been received.
When the work is complete, we
will notify you so you can pay the balance.
We will then send a draft
copy for you to check. You will have the opportunity to make
corrections or comment on the overall layout. When you are happy
with the draft, we will then produce the final version and send
it to you as a PDF file. We can also send you a Midi, Sibelius
or XML file as well.
If it is a large project,
then we will send you drafts during the preparation of the
project so you can let us know that you are satisfied with the
progress.
Have a look at some of the samples of our
work using the examples to the left.
It is our primary goal to make sure you are
completely satisfied with the end result and we are here to help and
assist you in any way we can!
