When you registered for your Solero account you were designated a
user name and password as shown below.

If you do not see a username and password
above and you know you have registered for a
free Solero account, then you probably just need to log in to our site so your
information will display!

Open your
Solero software
When you installed
Solero, you were asked to save an icon to your desktop.
The icon will look like below. Double-click on the icon to
open your Solero software. If you have not yet installed the
Solero software, you can do so
here.

Log in to
Solero with your username and password above
The key when logging
in is to make sure you enter the full name such as
account12345 and not just the numbers 12345.
The log in box will open automatically the first time you
launch Solero.
If you need to manually open the log-in then the best way is
to click on the log in icon at the top of the Solero
software which will look like below.

Find
purchased song title in your Solero score list.
When Solero opens it
will check you account on our server to see if there are any
scores that have been purchased but not yet downloaded into
the Solero software. In the example below, notice that What
a Wonderful World shows in the score list with an icon
beside it that has a red arrow pointing down. This means the
score has been purchased on this account and is waiting to
be downloaded into Solero!
Important:
If you not see the your newly ordered music in Solero,
then you probably just need to 'synchronize" your account to
download the new order.
Log back into Solero, make sure all sheet music is closed,
and then "synchronize" your account to download the new
song.

You should now see the title in your
score list!
4.
Double-click
on song title in score list to download file.
Now look what happens
when we have double-clicked on the song title.
The music has been opened and the icon has changed from a
download arrow to a music note.
This means your score is now in the Solero software and
ready to play and print!
5.
Play and
print music!
Your music is now in
your Solero software and is yours to play forever!
To print the music click on the print icon in the Solero
toolbar - it will look like below:
You will be able to print each
purchased score 2 times. If you have any difficulties
printing and run out of print rights, simply
e-mail us and we will set another right so you can
try again.
