If you get a Mac 403 Forbidden Error when
logging in to Solero the please read the following
=========================================================================
-
To fix this close all programs on your computer.
-
Open
your documents folder and find the folder called 'sheet music'.
-
Delete
all files out of the Sheet Music folder but not the folder
itself.
-
Then open FreeHand
viewer and log in again. You will get a message that says it
cannot find the account - is it ok to create a new one? - select
OK.
-
The Free Hand viewer
will the contact the server, create the account and download
your score.
Here is what is happening. When the Free Hand viewer opens - it
first does a quick check to the Sheet Music folder on your
computer. By deleting all the files it will not be able to find
an account, so it then goes to the server to create a new
account.. This error will not happen again once the account is
set.
