STEP 2

Father O'Neill first fills out the form at:
http://www.sheetmusicdigital.com/orgsignup.asp

He has selected his Organization Type as 'Church'.

He enters the church information first and then his first and last name.

He is then asked to provide a password which is something he makes up. It can be any combination of letters and numbers - but something he knows he will be able to easily remember.

Lastly, he adds his e-mail address and then clicks on the
'Add Membership To Cart' button.
