STEP 12 Tom has now purchased 5 memberships to give to 5 of his choir members. The unassigned memberships are now displayed on his member list table as Tom 1, Tom2, Tom 3. Tom 4, and Tom 5. IMPORTANT: There are 2 way that Tom can now get these members activated. 1. He can manually register each member by clicking on the link under the members name (the first one is Tom 1) and Tom enters the member information. He would have to enter a unique password for all members and their email - and then let each member know what their password is and what e-mail Tom used for them. Tom finds this might be a little too bothersome and time consuming for him to manually register each member - so... 2. He decides he will take the key that was generated when he purchased these memberships (8742652) and give this same number to his 5 members. These members then only need to go to: www.sheetmusicdigital.com/signupa.asp?Gold=Yes The members then enter their personal information and use this registration key that Tom gave them and because Tom has already paid for the membership - they will automatically be activated when they submit their information! Once all 5 members are registered then if someone else tries to register using this key, it will not be allowed. Tom decides this way seems so much quicker and easier, to just give the key (8742652) to these 5 members. One of the names of his members is Matthew Chan. Let's see how Matthew easily registers for his one year Gold membership with the key that Tom gave him.
